Skin Needling, also called Microneedling or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), is a non-invasive in-clinic procedure designed to provide smoother and firmer skin by recruiting the natural healing processes of your own skin. Skin needling works by creating thousands to millions of microscopic punctures in a controlled manner on the skin's surface, which in turns stimulate the healing processes of your skin. The SkinPen is a clinically tested and proven microneedling pen device which has been designed to provide consistent results without chemicals, heat or stress. 

Skin needling is a versatile treatment which can be helpful for:

• Reducing the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and enlarged pores
• Reducing the appearance acne scars and wound scars
• Stimulating collagen production
• Improving skin texture and elasticity
• Stimulating hair growth in areas of hairloss

Unlike some treatments that employ heat, microneedling is a safe and effective option for individuals with darker skin tones, making it an excellent choice for anti-aging and resurfacing endeavors.

While individual results may vary, it generally takes at least three treatments space 4-5 weeks apart to provide optimal results for most skin concerns. This is followed by maintenance treatments spaced 3-6 months apart. However after just one session, many experience a noticeable improvement in skin tone and texture.
